Job Description:

• Maintain electronic and physical files

• Organize and provide documents, reports and information

• Maintain and re order office supplies

• Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data

• Plan meetings and conference calls and arrange and manage meetings


Job Specification:

• Minimum of associate’s degree in Business Administration

• Strong English language skills, including writing, grammar and spelling

• Data entry with strict attention to detail

• Strong time manager with respect for deadlines
