President's Medallion

The Notre Dame of Marbel University president’s medallion is the symbol of authority of the university president. Together with the mace, it is displayed and worn by the president during formal academic ceremonies.

The main piece of the medallion is the university seal. Directly above it is the logo of the sainthood of Marcellin Champagnat, illustrated by a globe with an emblem “M”. This means that NDMU, as a Marist school, must keep the charism and mission of St. Marcellin.

These two pieces are suspended from interlocking chain composed of the various logos of the graduate school, integrated basic education department, Champagnat Community College, and the five colleges of the university namely: College of Business Administration, College of Education, College of Arts and Sciences, and College of Engineering and Technology.
